By creating an account or using Bodywize, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Bodywize is a personal health and habit tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

• Bodywize offers a free plan and optional paid plans.
• Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor and renew until you cancel them.

Bodywize is a notebook, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

AI features are optional and may be inaccurate. Always check the original document before relying on a summary. AI output is not a diagnosis.

You own your data. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it to run the service for you.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service.
• Use it for anything unlawful.
• Upload someone else's data without the right to do so.

The Bodywize name, brand, and software are our property. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above.
