Information we collect
- Account details you give us, like your name and email.
- Profile information you choose to add, such as age, sex, height, weight, diet, and lifestyle.
- Health data you log yourself, including habits, daily check-ins, and health metrics.
- Documents you upload to your Vault, such as prescriptions, scans, and lab results.
- Usage and device information needed to run the service reliably.
How we use it
- To show you your data, trends, and insights, and to operate the features you turn on.
- To generate AI summaries only when you ask for them, and to send notifications you have enabled.
- To manage your account and, where applicable, process billing for paid plans.
Health data
Your health information is treated as sensitive. We never sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
AI analysis
Document analysis runs only on the single file you tap Analyse on. Your files are not used to train any model, and the original always stays alongside the summary so you can check it.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers for hosting, payments, and AI. They process data only under contract and for the purpose we specify. We may disclose information where required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is tightly controlled. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from in-app settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes the associated data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of account deletion.
Children
Bodywize is not intended for anyone under 16.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above.
